David Reynolds

Only Cars is excited to be partnered with professional Australian Supercar racer Dave Reynolds. Part owner of Only Cars, Reynolds is an avid car enthusiast and successful race winner who has had a vibrant racing career thus far.

Reynolds began his national racing campaign in 2003. He raced in the 2003 Australian Formula Ford Championship. In the 2004 season, Reynolds signed with Sonic Motor Racing Services. He stayed with Sonic Motor Racing Services until 2007, where he moved into the V8 Supercar sphere.

From 2007 onwards, Reynolds raced V8 Supercars. Starting with Paul Wheel Racing in the V8 Supercar Championship Series. From 2007 to 2011, Reynolds raced Holden VZ and VE Commodores in the series. During this time, he raced for Tony D’Alberto Racing, HSV Dealer Team, Walkinshaw Racing and its subsidiaries and Kelly Racing.

In 2011, under Kelly Racing, Reynold’s raced in the oldest car on the track. He performed well, and his season was highlighted by a 19th placing overall, multiple top 5 finishes and a shootout appearance at Bathurst, one of many throughout the season.

He joined Rod Nash Racing from 2012 to 2015 and raced a Ford FG Falcon and Ford FG X Falcon during this time. He made numerous International V8 Supercars Championship appearances and repeatedly finished in the top 10.

From 2016 to 2020 he signed with Erebus Motorsport. In 2017, 2018 and 2019 he placed in the top 10 during the Virgin Australia Supercars Championships series. In 2017, Reynolds won Bathurst 1000 with co-driver Luke Youldon.

As of 2021, he is signed with Kelly Grove Racing and is currently competing in the Repco Supercars Championship. He is currently driving a Ford Mustang GT for this team. He is reuniting with co-driver Luke Youlden and will be driving with him for the 2021 Repco Bathurst 1000.

In his daily life, Reynolds drives a Holden VF SS Redline. Residing in Melbourne, Victoria, he enjoys hobbies such as cycling, UFC and Muay Thai.
